Mad Tree has been cooperating in the field of education since its inception. The company has experience or ongoing cooperation with such institutions as the Film School in Lodz, Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, University of Silesia - Department of Radio and Television, and abroad: Film Universiat Babelsberg Konrad Wolf and film school in Filmakademie Ludwigsburg.

In addition to formal partnerships, Mad Tree also supports students directly during the implementation of their graduation projects. Furthermore, the company provides support for film workshops such as: Film Spring Open, Malta Theater Festival, and local initiatives organized by the film industry.
